All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date if the product is not as described. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. The 15% restocking fee will be waived when the product is returned within the 30-day return period, return shipping is not included unless faulty, not as described, or damaged in the post.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
