- MAP Policy: All resellers must comply with our MAP (minimum advertised pricing) Policy. By submitting this form, you agree to these terms. Any violation will result in immediate termination of wholesale account.
- Wholesale Pricing: All applications must be reviewed and approved prior to releasing wholesale pricing.
- Requirements: You will be required to submit a copy of your resale permit in order to be approved.
